easy, get some machine dylon, get your trainers damp stick them in a pillow case, follow the little leaflet (buy lots of salt) and your good to go....

I've got a feeling that if you do it in your washing machine it'll discolour the rubber. Might be best doing a cold hand dye

even if you use salt it normally discolours the seal, my mum used to go nuts when i used to dye stuff

to be honest its been hit and miss with me, darker colours black etc have discoloured the sole, lighters havnt.... also depends on the amount of dye used .... ill get some pics up of a pair of vans i did, to show you the outcome

edit: yep, salt is a fixing agent, tells you what its for in the box
