what is the going rate to get some shoes resoled/heeled?

Posts: 4517 Joined: 2001-12-08	had a pair of shoes done recently (new leather soles and heels). i deliberately went to leeds market as i did not want to pay alot but it was still £29.00 yesterday i wanted the same thing on some paul smith boots which i need for friday. i was pushed for time so went to the nearest place (timpsons) and it was £45.00 i find it hard to believe this is the going rate in UK.
