All down to the individual and the size of their feet, but have just measured my racers (UK7) and my traIners (UK6.5) and they were the same length along the bottom of the sole; 11" and the trainers were slightly wider across the toe. |

If you're running in them id go TTS, little more space is good for friction etc. Casual wearing then id go down .5 for a snug fit. Now after a Lunar pair myself. |
