my free run 2's stink due to excessive wear and the hot weather. Can I give them a wash in the machine or will this destroy them? |

I soak and scrub the insoles in Vanish as then just use a shoe deodorant spray inside the rest of the shoe. |

I've put my free runs in the machine twice on a short 40 wash and they came out like new each time, no damage at all. |
