i hate raymond weil, the brand is such a nothing, they are neither cheap or expensive and the watches are always cartier knock offs. they make pretty watches but after a while they always look shit

i love the monaco but the modern size is ridiclously big, i have tried on a vintage one which was beautiful and a much better and managable size

im looking for a watch at the moment but have no idea where to start. my parents wanna get me one for my birthday, but i dont often wear a watch and the only one i have is a swatch skin chrono Smiling ive never been overly interested in them Sad
i want it to be more of a timeless design, as its for my 21st birthday, i wanna be able to keep (hopefully) forever.
i kinda like some of the gucci designs, esp the ones with the G for the bezel. however, i think id rather get an actual watch make rather than designer making a watch.
anyone help me with some names , websites etc etc

I've got a fake Rolex somewhere, I haven't seen it for weeks, it keeps pretty good time.

My everday watch is a Knowledge x DPMHI

I love all the details, exhibition back, automatic movement and indivially numbered - mines 252-500

For my 18th i was lucky enough to be given a cartier tank basculante. i love it, its also a reverso which is cool. Its a manual which is a little annoying especially with having to constantly wind it up. My sister has the matching ladies verson but we never wear them at the same time.

For my 21st i was given a cartier tank francaise crono, i don't wear it as much as i should but it is the favourite of my watches

For timeless, make sure you go with a leather BANd.

I just got this, stick that in your pipe and smoke it best. So cool, the little spaceships move on the screen all the time. Cool
