That means your card is being declined/blocked. Can happen if you don't order from websites abroad often just ring your bank to remove the hold. |

Could be wrong but is that not stuff that is left over from the last sale? They definitely pulled stuff out that hadn't sold from last years sales towards the end of the US sale. |
