FML my Panerai started clicking when winding it. Took it back to WoS and it's got to go back to Panerai - 4-6 weeks

I should have been more precise, but I was hurting! Mine has a screw down crown, when you unscrew it has started to make a clicking noise. When you wind it, it's fine.

Isn't that normal? Watches usually manually wind a bit as you unscrew the crown.

How much would I roughly be looking at for a replacement glass? It's only for a bapex so wouldn't need to be anything special?
