fyi that's rose gold, looks yellow to you?
i am too young for the bi gold bracelet, so sticking to this atm. got it partly because i felt it looks younger and less mature.

smooth bezel
rosegold bezel
diamonds
nato strap
^ all fail, plus they're tiny watches, and it dominates your wrist. ive got small wrists but yours are on another level

Diamonds = "younger and less mature"
Exact opposite IMO.

get what you mean, but i just like diamond dials. don't like numeral or indices on watches like datejust, would be nice on sports model. thats why i try it out with nato and thought it's okay. would be perfect watch for me with the original bracelet when i am out working in the next couple of years.

OK serious time, nato only works on sports watches (as intended) or very plain/minimal watches. neither of which is what you have. The diamonds make it way more formal and it doesn't work at all.
IMO, nato's rarely work on smaller wrists, the fold over looks too bulky in comparison. I have relatively small wrists too, and that's the reason I don't wear natos.
If you go to a place of work with a watch with diamond markers you will be laughed at. either to your face or behind your back. If I were you I'd cut my losses on that thing and sell it.

why would i be laughed at if i go to work with diamond watch? what kind of logic is this? employee wearing diamond watches doesn't seems right? then what about those ladies? and what makes you think i am an employee?
ya i agree my wrist is small and therefore wont look as good, trying my best to do something about it too. well, until i get my leather nato or step into the working world, i am sticking with this atm. well, it just a couple of quids so i just buy and try, and thought it looks not too bad and suits me imo.
