As part of fred Perry's Subculture series, there is a gig taking place at London's legendary 100 Club, on Thursday 15 November 2007 featuring Liverpool band The Dead 60s + a very special guest, The Draytones + Don Letts & Terry Hall DJ'ing. The gig kicks off at 7.30pm, ends 12midnight and you must be able to get to 100 Oxford Street yourself and be over 18 to get into the club. The Dead 60s are currently on a UK tour and French tour, their new album Time To Take Sides is out in January 2008. The band recently collaborated with Fred Perry and co-designed an exclusive range of Harrington jackets, 500 individually numbered jackets with the band's stamp on will go on sale at the end of October priced £115. The sound was wicked, but for me its the whole feel of the place i mean the bands that have played there over the years, amazing! marian is was unreal i walked in and headed right over to the bar at the far end and weller is stood there drinking a pint i offered him a drink and he said he was alright and asked where i was from, i was just about to become best friends with him and paulo hewitt came over and i was blanked |

Lol! Paolo has done Paul such a wrong un DW, can't imagine you'd get blanked for him these days. 26 years of friendship with Mr Weller and he's written a rotten book. If you bump into him again please please offer to buy him a pint and then pour it on his head. He well deserves it. ------------- |

DW can't tell ya how jealous I am. Was the sound good? What was it like, would love to see PW in this venue.
