I hope I'm not breaking any Fuk rules by posting this. I don't think I am (if it's on the wrong board, could a Mod move it?). I'm helping quite a few Fukers with programmes so I thought I'd post it up in here.

I've posted about www.incitefitness.co.uk before so I'm sure most Fukers know that I left my job to start Personal Training.

As well as doing one-to-one training, I do online programmes for people. These are generally for people who want to get in better shape, but just don't know how to go about doing it. A lot of people don't want to use a gym because they're intimidating if you've never been (I was scared when I first went LOL) and expensive, so all of the exercises in the programme can be done at home. They either use your body weight or a resistance band, which I provide for free. I personally prefer exercises that only use your body weight and I think my transformation is proof that it works!!!

The programmes can help you achieve any fitness goal, whether you're looking to lose weight, tone up or build muscle... Since I posted some of my videos on here I've had a lot of questions about doing calisthenics. Most of the programmes I've been asked to make are for people who are trying to build up the strength to do calisthenics, so they're definitely helpful if you're looking to hit the bars. If you're already good with your body weight, then I can help you build your core stability to do more advanced exercises.

The usual offer is a Three Month Programme for £50, which includes:
- A personalised programme that I change every couple of weeks. This is to make sure we confuse your muscles and stop you from hitting a plateau. The programme will also get made harder over time to keep you progressing.
- A page on my website with a video of your entire workout, so you know what you're doing
- I'll keep in touch via emails to make sure you're coping with the workout and seeing noticable results
- You can keep a food diet and I'll advise on any changes you should make
- I have constant access to emails to answer any questions that you have

For a short time, I'm doing One-off Programmes for £15. These include:
- A one-off personalised programme
- A page on my website with a video of your entire workout, so you know what you're doing
- I have constant access to emails to answer any questions that you have

ALL FUKERS GET 10% OFF PROGRAMMES AND A FREE COPY OF OUR DVD WHEN IT'S RELEASED (the DVD's teaching basic bar work and will be out by the end of summer).

If you know anybody who may need help with a programme, just tell them to say they heard about me through Fuk and they can have the discount, too. I've already made programmes for people who can vouch for them being effective and helping them.

Cheers

Edit: Should probably add... Incite Fitness. I'm a personal trainer from Kidlington, Oxford, Oxfordshire Laughing out loud

I tried one of your moves the other day - hanging on the bar then cycle the legs
- lasted about 5 seconds - v hard, but liked the pressure it puts on the muscles

Thanks GG. I'll take a new picture in the week because I'm bigger now and I'll post that!

Jeg, I think that's the best exercise to do the abs and core. I do that with pretty much every pull up just so I can get a bit of extra ab work in.

Thanks to all the Fukers, regulars and lurkers, who have PMed or emailed me Cool

Should make this the official "Ask Ineff" thread rather than using the six-pack thread, maybe call it "Ask Ineff of www.incitefitness.co.uk your training questions"

It's been awhile since I've posted anything in this thread...

I've got a couple of new (pre-made) Programmes that I'm selling for £5. These are the current ones:

8 Minute Abs - As the title suggests, this is for getting strong, 6 pack abs. The programme is done 5 days every week and only takes 8 minutes of exercise on each day. It requires no equipment and is all done using floor work.

It's for people of all abilities. Middle aged women have done this and so have my bar team; we've ALL felt it after. You'll notice a difference within a week and after 4-6 weeks you'll notice a huge difference.

T Shirt Strong - I know a lot of people who just want to look good when they go out, so they focus on their tee shirt muscles. This programme targets the entire arms and the chest (i.e. the muscles that girls are impressed by lol).

This is for people at any ability and contains a lot of push up variations.

Building up to the Bar - This consists of exercises that will build you up to the more advanced bar work. It's mostly variations of push ups and pull ups that will condition you to do the calisthenics I do in my videos. It hits the entire body and improves your core strength massively.

For this Programme you need to be able to do basic body weight exercises (ideally 20 push ups and 8 pull ups). This is what I use on people when they start working out with my team. Every single one of them has been able to do some impressive moves on the bar by the end of it.

Hard Body - This is hard Programme for people who are used to hitting the gym and are looking for something to break their usual routine. As well your building up your strength and core, this increases your endurance.

You need to be comfortable with body weight exercises (ideally 20 push ups and 10 pull ups) and a fairly good core or fairly strong abs. I personally use some of the stuff in this workout to get over plateaus.

These programmes do not require equipment, apart from something to do pull ups on. The Abs Programme require literally nothing but a space on the floor.

EACH PROGRAMME IS £5 OR, FOR GJ'S, I'LL DO ALL 4 FOR £12.

IF YOU'VE PURCHASED FROM ME IN THE PAST, PM ME YOUR EMAIL AND I'LL SEND YOU THE ABS WORKOUT FOR FREE.

ALSO, FOR GJ'S, IF YOU PURCHASE A PERSONALISED PROGRAMME (£13.50 WITH THE FUK DISCOUNT), I'LL THROW IN THE ABS WORKOUT FOR FREE.

These workouts have all been tried and tested, with positive results Cool

Thanks

over the last 6 weeks I have gone from being able to do around 20 pressups to 6x25 per day. already noticed a big difference in arms / chest. ready to move to pullups. no play park around and not joining a gym. is there something you can get for a door frame?

i tried doing something on a fire escape in work but it needs a jump up to grab it an the box section is massive so hard to grip. seem to be quite weak at pullups compared to the pressup which are pretty easy now (even some on fists / really close hands together etc).

guess i need some raised grip things for pressups like you used to get more depth.

im interested in your programs but i need to get a bar thing first somehow.
