Same principal, get the inside of the xbox really hot so the glue melts and the cpu/gpu falls back into place. It works, but it's more of a temporary fix.
It's nothing like the others, they stripped all original elements like the Swan Dive, swinging, balancing and there is considerably more gun-slinging in this one. They attempt compensating with some well-polished cinematics, but it doesn't have the feel of a Tomb Raider game. Feels like they also really dumbed it down challenge-wise for the casual audience.
Waiting on the servers to go live after release, so I can review the multiplayer.
Along with the first game on PS, the recent titles have been the fan favourites and most successful. The success of this title is going to be reliant on the multiplayer, as for Tomb Raider fans, it is far removed from what they're going to be expecting. It was just, too easy...
