Bought some stuff from Cos recently - got some really nice pieces - however, their shoes are awful - they look, feel cheap - ironically, they aren't. Steer clear in imo.

Prefer the aesthetics of Sinn watches myself...the Max Bill is too simplistic for my taste and that strap looks shit with it IMO (black leather strap would be better)

It was designed by Max Bill, who was a Swiss artist, architects, product designer (etc) linked with the Bauhaus. Junghans make them. I don't see people wearing them but I'd imagine they're big amongst architects and graphic designers, which puts me off a bit.

The 'milanese' strap makes it for me, but each to their own. The leather straps they come with are terrible quality. Also, I don't want to have to change a stinking leather strap every few years. I'm not sure how Sinn come into it, they're a totally different thing...? Pilot's watches. The other watch I have in mind is an IWC pilot's chrono or maybe even a submariner. But they're very different to this.
