I sent a few items back to yoox for a return and the package arrived with them about 5-7 days ago, and they still haven't refunded the money. Im sure plenty of you have returned stuff back to them, how long do they usually take?

I've got to send something back to yoox, they sent me some trainers but they didn't have the swing ticket on saying non returnable if removed just had the string with the green bit on, anyone else had this? They had better take them back

Don't think so, but it's the only way to get free returns. Have never had trouble arranging it myself...

Gonna be pretty expensive to send something back to Italy so I'd just try to sort it out with UPS

ever since you said it would be risky to post back to italy with no insurance my hands have been sweaty and my head in another planet..i thought i lost 300 odd english pounds... but i got a confirmation e-mail saying my refund had been issued... i am a real lucky 23 year old hand cream wearing student
