Any good tips for meal planning on a calorie deficit to keep my mind focussed?
Any websites that offer free plans

Anyone else keep product pages of clothes in the sale open to refresh daily watching the further reductions knowing I’m not gonna buy, like watching porn with your hands tied behind yer back…What am I doing

Pin all those sale tabs and refresh every morning when I get to work, play a little game of 'will he, won't he…'

My Fitness Pal works well, especially if you've gotta a linked Garmin Connect Account. The App allows you to set a calorie goal and also input your daily intake (by pretty specific food type); if you're using a Garmin device it synchs up with your exercise/steps, etc.

Thanks
Using MFP for working food content out but it’s calorie calculator is off I think it sets too low
Found a few good resources now for meal planning but MFP has everything loaded into it so it’s great for working macros and calories out if you are into that kinda shit

Need tunes when working out, not Steven Fry reading The Lion, the Witch and the fucking Wardrobe.

If you can follow a book, you're not working out hard enough to make any difference and may as well pack it in.

At least she's not lying inert watching it on the TV at home.

I always listen to Audiobooks or Podcasts while on the treadmill, save the tunes for the weights.
