Exactly.

Yup, listening to a podcast takes the mind off the monotony of treadmill running.

Anyone on the not-buying flex…stay away from the Last Purchase thread, massive FOMO.

Been listening to this episode on Reggie Yates podcast on Spotify, it revolves around food (diets). I went into it closed minded when first introduced… But it was a bit of an 'ear' opener.

Give it a listen:

Had some life crusader on there putting forward why we shouldn't really be eating meat, drinking tap water etc etc dropping 'facts' - Unsure if I could put into practice all of what he's preaching, but it was an overall interesting listen.

I say 'facts' as some of the shit he was spewing sounded like some nonsense.

I signed up to Headspace for a year at 40% off. Think the deal runs out on 1st Feb. I got it via email.

Also listened to that when it came out a while ago. I did the whole water fast thing, lasted 4 days and felt amazing. Was tempted by trying a vegan diet for a bit but couldn’t quite face it pre Christmas and Holiday. The whole delivering your own baby stuff was a bit much!

Big fan of that podcast series, decent variation and always funny.

Yeah, the baby delivery thing was abit intense.

I'd be tempted during a cut to try the water fasting, seems difficult to cut out meat though!

Yeah, the podcast is decent - I'd even give 'Halfcast Podcast' a shout, although I find Poet to be a condescending knob at times - I find episodes better without him - Savage Dan's anecdotes are hilarious.

Listen to the 'A Solo 45 Years' ep. as an entry, then manoeuvre your way around.

Oestrogen and all sorts in tap water. I only buy bottled water for this reason.
Plus I live in a hard water area so prefer the taste.

Aware of that, still prefer the taste of Evian anyway.
Rather have fake ‘estrogen’ than real estrogen lol
