Fucking best weekend of sport, watched hammers win and then caught the England destruction of the kiwis in the pub, we absolutely smashed the kiwis, their faces at the end I would have paid 35 quid to see that alone

Fucking brilliant. Top bants rugger lads make such a song and dance about their sport yet can't be ducked to go to the biggest game of the year.
England now second favourites for the World Cup.
And that is why it's a joke of a fucking sport.

You're basing your opinion on seeing the middle class cunts arriving at Twickenham to 'support' England or at the majority of Premiership clubs. If you looked at the areas where rugby union has historically been a working class game played to a high level by (until the advent of professionalism) players from within a clubs catchment area then you wouldn't make such a sweeping generalisation.

From a working class city that produces top level rugby players and only 3/4 schools plays rugby, 2 private 2 state (nice areas though) so on my experience deffo not a working class game?

Going to make another generalisation which isn't far from the truth(in England anyway)

Rugby League= Working class game

Rugby Union= middle/upper class game

My family are all from Lancashire and they are all Rugby mad all from working class background. Its part of the family (I hate it but I wasn't born up there or grew up with them) cousin played Union for Fylde and even went on to play league for Wigan and Halifax csb etc
Definitely not just a posh sport from my experience.

You are looking too far into what I said.
There's so many annoying fucking top bants lads in pubs in clapham who annoy the fuck out of me during the 6 nations with their Ott "passionate" support yet the biggest game of the year gets just a few more than arsenal v Swansea.

I find it very sad that my cousin went to that London football derby the other week ( think it was Arsenal v Tottenham) and on the way in every spectator was given a flyer pointing out that it is illegal to use racist or anti semetic language, pitiful.
