could be a challenge, one of my ex's was an appalling dresser, after a year of subtly getting him into clothes he completely changed, by the time I finished with him, was a full on fashionista. I don't think anyone is shallow enough just to go out with someone because of how they dress, it's all just part of the package

A colleague in his mid-thirties (to add some background he works in finance) has arrived this morning wearing 'Heelys' as part of his 'dress down Friday' attire. The sight of a normally conservatively dressed civil servant in a trainer/roller-skate hybrid is proving highly distracting. (CSB etc)

i wouldn't say he has a great personality. he is just a middle of the road bloke who dresses terribly and dribbles his food.
the only thing i can think is that this was in the run up to him getting married and still ongoing so a 'challenge' from the girl's perspective?

I work on a secure floor plate where mobile phones are not permitted and cameras are out of the question (admittedly that doesn't help my credibility) so no vis I'm afraid. I swear down though, he's in a 'vintage' tee, distressed jeans and White Heelys with blue trim that look like a pair of mid 90s skate shoes (really thick and puffy, over engineered) except they appear to be skate shoe/platform boots. I noticed after my initial post that he has removed the rollers from inside so is presumably wearing them because he likes the look of them (could be for the extra height that the ridiculous sole adds too though as the guy is quiet short). I would argue that's worse.
