Does anyone know if it is possible to contain a separate web page or file within a css wrapper?
or any other way which doesn't involve using frames.

That is PHP - if you can avoid changing the Wordpress PHP it's better because you can just end up creating problems for yourself further down the line (unexpected errors on other pages, problems when Wordpress upgrade their software etc).
I'm presuming you're talking about what appears at the top of the browser? ie in the case of this page
"To all web developers | fuk.co.uk"
Can you explain a bit more about what it currently says and what you want it to say? PM me the links if you don't want to broadcast them on here

yellow if you know what you want to say but not the wordpress variable its in just ..
// the bits you dont want.
then just echo "fuk.co.uk"; etc etc?

what are you actually trying to achieve?
all in one seo wordpress plugin does custom titles

cheers for all the comments.
Actually it's a strange thing going on.
In my Title bar at the top it says what I want it to say BUT
in the address bar drop down (mozilla) and when I bookmark the page it comes up as "untitled document".
Plus when I add it to MY Yahoo RSS page it comes up as not finding my title either.
I'm currently using SEO Title Tag plugin.
For now I think I'll give that Headerspace plugin a go and see if that works out better.
Again thanks, it is much appreciated!

Are open source ecommerce packages any good? ive been having a mess about with magento today, its not exactly simple to modify and theres little support, but Im getting there. But before I crack on with it, is it actually any good? Or am I better off not using pre-compiled OS packages?
Main reason I looked at OS is for security issues and vulnerabilities

You can also use a frame to do it if you don't want to use PHP, but include seems a better option
