No. 2 in the world now!

And a great comeback after going a set down to Del Potro to win his fourth ATP 1000 Masters Title. His first tournament since Wimbledon

Didn't see the game. Will download it at some point and analyse what went wrong before I comment.

Murray eased through to the second round of the US Open last night. Think it will be a Murray/Federer final again as Nadal isn't 100% fit. Can only see Del Potro possibly stopping him making it in his half of the draw. Would love him to win it, but the fed express, as always will take some beating.

yeah i think murray has a good chance this year. He is playing so well, compared to last year even a much stronger game. But as you said it will take alot to beat federer although he wasnt playing amazingly the last few weeks. John Lloyd (i think) made a comment that if federer won the US open this year it would mean he was being a negligent father ! ha ha ! hopefully that will play on his conscience ! poor lleyton has to meet him in the third round Sad Sad Sad

its unexpected defeats like this that federer and nadal don't seem to suffer in slams too often, and murray seems to suffer every single one.

a bit like supporting the england football team. will he ever win one.

Serena shouted and threatened the line judge for foot faulting her and there was a massive commotion and she received a point penalty when Kimmy was on match point so lost the match…
