Bit soon to write him off, Even with his age and an operation, has potential to bag another slam.

Murray to retire this year possibly even before Wimbledon. Shame to hear this was genuinely proud to have an elite Scottish sportsperson. Hopefully he invests his time and effort into coaching and developing the next generations talent.

smith mate - how you holding up?

Yeah defo sad news about Murray, still somewhat achieved a lot in probably the most difficult time to be a tennis player. Those 4 are far and away the best tennis players of all time. Made watching old videos of Sampras, Agassi etc genuinely embarrassing to watch.

Great player, maxed his abilities, doesn’t make all time too 10 though. I kind of agree loosely with this all time 10 list.

Murray played in an Era of which the top 3 tennis players of all time played in and he beat them to 3 Grand Slam titles. Stan the Man the only other player in the last decade to have a good record against the 3 greats.
The GOAT debate and who makes a list is for me a pointless venture, as after you've looked at dominance (Fed and Nadal) you have to realise how much tennis has evolved since yesteryear and that pretty much every one of those players from 7 to 10 would have struggled to achieve what Andy did during his time at the top.

Couldn’t agree more. The rain days at wimbey when they play old matches just prove that.
