Truth.

Thains is pretty skanky, but back when i used to live in the ghetto i used to find myself inexplicably drawn there on late night walks home.

According to Wiki, Union Square is getting a Prezzo and Zizzi. Wont that mean three Italian chains right next to each other?

Peckhams new branch too, complete with bistro, FTW.

The EE says E&M is turning into a hotel and flats now:

George St is bad enough in daylight, let alone a late night
Had a search for info on UO opening in Aberdeen but can't find anything.

Its a street full of mutants. No matter what time of day or night you walk down it you'll see some of the worst society has to offer.

Back to the eating recommendations, we went to Beautiful Mountain on Belmont St the other week for tapas. It pissed all over La Tasca, and was pretty cheap.

No alcohol license just now either, so just get some booze from Peckhams and its a cheap night.

They aren't opening. It's a one brand store going in.

I used to frequent your local bakers. Used to have to battle through the war zone of THAT taxi rank Eek

I wouldn't believ much of what Union Square say, sure everyone seen the 'leaked' floor plan of what was going in, instead we got another Next, another Boots and AB10 Puzzled

What a waste of a nice building with E&M's

Thankfully no taxi rank at the weekends now. Always a tear up or 2 when its busy. I also get the bonus of watching the strippers totter along to private eyes from my living room window.
I agree with Union Sq - really dull, hardly ever go down there.
Chef Jang now closed, opening on Huntly street on March 29th. 2 minutes away from me. Cool

That's good he's opening a proper place. I always found it a bit odd that he was tucked away in the market.

Right chaps, I'm looking for an all you can eat/buffet place for a birthday, preferably not a shit chain. I don't mind if it's a BYOB type joint. I heard there was a good Spanish one somewhere.

I think theres only the likes of shite like Jimmy Chungs for buffets in the deen.

If you want something spanish and all you can eat, La Tasca do tapas for a tenner during the week. It is, however, a shit chain but i think its the only place that does such a deal.
