last new pair of PS in 28 I've bought had an exact 28" waist. also measured the 29 and 30 in store and they were both true to size. this was an early 2012 batch btw.

the sizing on ns definitely changed on some of the batches stores were getting last season. no idea if it's a deliberate/permanent change

Just got the all black apc ps, brilliant pair of jeans. not sure if it's me, but it's a W32 and fits slightly better (more fitted) than the indigo W32s i have. it's made in Japan the black pair, the indigos are made in Vietnam - i know the sizing's allover the place generally but is there a diff where it's manufactured + sizing?

Just in case someone still interested, just received a pair petit standard and a pair petit new standard.
The petit new standard definately fit like new standards and taper down from the knee like the regular petit standard, maybe a slight bit more taper but its not noticeable. Compared to my my last years new standard the petit new standard fits spot on in the waist from the beginning in case they stretch out the same as my new standards they might become too baggy after a few days, so size down 3 inches from your regular size.

I can button up the petit standards completely but they are still quite tight and make sitting quite unconfortable, how much stretchage can i still expect? I sized down 2 as with my new standards which are becoming a bit baggy in the waste by now.

The ones from Oi Polloi are raw. Is there anywhere else selling petit new standards or was Oi Polloi the only stockists of the raw ?

Going to cop a pair as my PS have become skin tight around the thighs due to my gym routine of squats and deadlifts…want more room in the thigh but like a tapered fit so seems ideal.
