obviously general wear and tear can lead to the crotch wearing out and obviously not everyone is a filthy cunt, I'm just pointing out that I don't want to be wearing someone else jeans that ultimatly have had splash back and shit particles on them Fascist!

bungleski wrote: Anyone brought a pair of New Standards in the past month or so and can comment on the supposed new sizings? Am 32 generally and would be picking up a size 30. However, been hearing about them fitting more tts now and spoke to Tres Bien today who said maybe just size down 1? So fuck knows. Any help? Cheers

Tres Bien advised me to go true to size on new Petit Standards but I popped into the Shoreditch branch recently and found I could go one size down so rezlly not sure whether it varies according to batch.

I think it's probably safe to say that you can't go down two sizes on the most recent PS denim.

Went tts on my PS that I ordered from tbs in december. They were a bit roomy at first but after a wash they fit me perfectly now

Are new cures still the skinniest?

Need a new pair so might go for these again, unless there is another model around

Petit Standards have always been the tightest fit, the New Cures have a very minimal flare to them near the hem. The Petit New Standard is even slimmer than the regular Petit Standard I think.

Petit New Standard is not slimmer than Petit Standard, owned both. Both cuts are the same from the knee down, Petit New Standard has a higher rise and is a touch more roomy in the thigh.

Pns is much slimmer than ps. Tried them both on and could easily tell the difference.

APC's description suggests they are between cuts, just like most stockists / articles.

The knee alone is more narrow and the length is revised.

this, i could never get my thighs into a 32ps but i could in a 32pns. i thought pns was just a tapered version of ns

Tried 3 PNS and they're by far the skinniest they do.

yep the pns original release was a completely different fit, way roomier. These new ones are skinnier than ps for sure which is dumb as they were advertised as the cut between ps and ns. I'm now stuck with another pair of skinnies.

Was going to succumb to trying that cut, despite avoiding APC's since trying PS (stupid, pure castration, never again). Forget these then if that's the case.
