Well I can't be bothered to explain all the stuff you can do, but I'll explain how to get free App Store apps:

1) Open Cydia > 'Manage' tab > Choose 'Sources' > Press 'Edit' > Press '+' (Or 'Add')
2) Type in http://cydia.hackulo.us
3) In your sources list you should now see what you just entered, press it
4) Find the app 'install0us 4' (Or similar name) in the list and install it

Then do whatever it says (reboot/respring) and you should have a new app on your springboard called Installous. Fire it up and find some apps.

Open Cydia and see if there's an update.

OPlayer HD - No need to convert movies to mp4 or whatever, can put .avi's straight onto your iPad with this player
Pulse News - Nice RSS reader
Pages/Keynote - If you need to create docs on the go

Games:
Plants vs Zombies
Cut the rope
Worms HD
Labyrinth
Angry Birds HD

DownLoading films and music to my mac to then put on is a bit long, anyway I can download shit direct. Ideally torrents although that's not working properly for me on this.

You cant download torrents direct, download a remote pc app and you can just view whatever you have on mac on iPad without an upload
