Anyone bought anything off Asket? Some of the stuff looks quite decent and their t-shirts seem to get some good reviews.

Don't understand these low/mid-level "premium basics" brands when there's Uniqlo.
Surely just spend the money saved on more interesting jacket/shoes and look 10x better?

Also unfortunate naming for these guys given Arket's marketing budget will dwarf theirs.

Genuinely didn't spot the difference in name until now, thought both were owned by H+M.

I don't mind this so much. Anywhere that does a challenger budget Oxford now Gap and Uniqlo's have bit the dust, is fine in my book.

I get though that they're a brand for the non adventurous, which are most people I come across on a day to day basis, certainly people who couldn't give a crap where things are manufactured. Each to their own.

Best budget Oxford imo is Muji's, no contest.

Their oxford is £71, not budget. Can buy nearly 4 uniqlo ones for that.

Their whole spiel is this innovative sizing system. How they make 15 sizes of each garment to suit all kind of different body compositions. Took a chance recently on some knits because i'm a bit lanky and struggle buying off the rack.

Ordered a S-Long for a long sleeve merino crewneck. Described as suitable for people who needs the width of a small with some extra length. That's me right there. But it's wank! Proportionally it's a train-wreck. Very slim sleeves- just a tiny bit longer, paired with a very wide, much longer torso. It's awkward and dumb, and i'm honestly baffled how they could get this so wrong.

I ordered some tees from asket, they seem decent and fit me well. Can’t comment on anything else though
