They look pretty damn legit to me, can't see a fault. Pretty decent price too if they are, considering their condition.

Its just quite an obscure t shirt to fake, also the bordering of the writing changes for certain colours, would fakes not just use the same print on every colour ?

Looks like some hardtofathom style thing, just on ebay, only one person on feedback has said it's fake and he responded say there were receipts etc. I reckon it's the real deal, he's just a bit of a shoddy seller and fucks up a lot which could cost you a fair bit seeing as he's in California.

edit: he's only fucked up like 20 times which isn't a lot considering.
