Looks legit to me.
Quite a few asian resellers have sites like this (think sub-urb.net)
If you check the stock for most of the brands that they carry, the more popular items are sold out. If it was some sort of scam you'd expect everything to be available, and for them to be offering it in every conceivable size and colour at very reasonable prices.
