No, it doesn't. At the bottom of the auction it states "PayPal. Free protection up to £500 when you pay with PayPal. See terms." It doesn't matter if there is money in his account or not, they will pay out on an eBay auction providing there is buyer protection on the auction
I don't know if this helps or not, but the seller ratbit bought a L here :

If the 1 he received from that sale is genuine then he has the item to picture - in the 1 adamwilk01 bought there is no size picture so it easily could be that 1.
Ratbid sales history only shows 3 items (nothing to note).

Ratbid bid history shows nothing major (ie a history of fakes etc).

Cheers, nice bit of detective work there. Seems like he's not only sent me a snide, but duped me into buying the fake with perhaps the real picture. Sly dog.
EDIT - If the watermark shows the year of production then this one has the wrong year - it says 2005, I'm sure this was released in summer 2004

nope it has to be in the acc so worth doing it as if hes selling fakes he will instantly empty that acc if he sees you coming knowing ou got a fake,if i ever have a query on paypal/ebay i file a claim first to make sure my moneys safe also it generally shocks people in to doing the right thing as its a pain in the arse having the funds in holding.
