Update on the Kate Moss t-shirt…not heard anything back from the seller. Probably trying to rinse his account Laughing out loud

I've opened a dispute on Paypal, hopefully I'll hear something soon!

Sellers offered to give a refund now, wants me to return the t-shirt first before he will issue a refund - thats not really the way things should work Puzzled

Chilipepper, If it were me, ignore the seller… just say you couldn't both come to an amicable solution, post your supporting evidence (+ the fact that they offered a refund on their terms) and escalate to claim. That way things be handled (safely) by the Paypal system, as the seller sounds like (s)he's given no reason to trust him/her anyway.

Traditionally you return the item then you get the refund, that is what Paypal will tell you to do.
After all if you buy a shirt from M and S and all the buttons fall off first time you wear it you take it back and ask for a refund, you don't ring them and ask for your money back and say I'll pop it back when you've given me the money.
There is the issue that he has already proved himself to be dishonest, but there is a small chance he didn't know it was snide.
Just make sure you send it back recorded at least.

These Nike Zoo Yorks seem kosher? The seller/pics/info seem very genuine and accurate but the location is Hong Kong and that's always a worry!

I have those air max's, cant really tell if there real or fake from that one picture. At a guess I would definetely say fake, but then again some of these shit listings can turn out to be legit.
