I said fake because my OO's had a clasp not a button, and from the picture, I can't see the CD metal bit on the belt loop, but I could be wrong.

I noticed also the missing CD belt loop.. Otherwise they seem legit, but the seller aint a professional. She tells that they belong to her BF, who´s a huge dior fan and got them from ebay ages ago for something around £120.. She also offers refund if found fake..

Honestly those jeans were sold in browns with im pretty sure a 34 leg not the standard 36 or 37.
