I realised the other day that I carry so much stuff in my laptop bag that I need a smaller bag to take into town when I don't need my computer. Anyone got any good ideas about mid size messenger bags? I've looked everywhere and have only found a weird waist bag on www.the-glade.com

I am having similair problems, though am not a fan of the idea of rucksacks since they equal bloody sweaty backs in summer.

Probably something leather and messenger in style.
Needs to be big enough for digital slr plus everyday stuff.

The mulberry rockley seems perfect, but bloody expensive.

Following on, does anyone know of anyone who possibly makes leather goods i.e. bags to order?

Check Debenhams, doesn't seem to be on their website but they have a brown leather messenger bag by John Rocha in the sale (still about £70 mind but cheaper than Mulberry). Decent leather and a big enough for an SLR (although you'd want a smaller padded bag inside as the messenger doesn't have much protection). There's a smaller cheaper version too that would still fit padded SLR bag, extra lens bags etc

I have a smaller lowepro toploading bag for my D50 and Nikon 18-200mm (which rarely comes off), so ideally looking for something that will house that. I'll have a look on the debenhams website.

What are the dimensions mura, the camera etc is quite bulky

Some nice bags here, I've had one a couple of years and it still looks good. Got it from John Lewis in Liverpool.

Cheers man.

I've got a quote of £275 for a replica Mulberry Rockley. I don't suppose anyone knows of anywhere slightly cheaper that makes custom leather goods etc?

Want a bag, now that I go away for weekends and that, worth investing in a Supreme Duffle?

70 odd quid from Hip Leeds?
