I might buy into that if it was a company with 100 years of business cred rather than a fly-by-night crowdfunded startup.

agreed but mulbuerry charged me when the stitching started coming undone on one of their bags i used twice at most, so I;'ll give this mob the benefit of the doubt.

Got a mulberry clipper, zip is fucked, it’s about 6 years old. I’ve not got a receipt. What’s their customer services like, will they fix for free or tell me to fuck off ?

Yeah they are but I’d say more than 40 potentially

What’s the issue with the zip? Could be fixed elsewhere ??

That's shit but prolly get that done relatively cheaply at an old skool cobbler if you've got one nearby. Also PM the zip thread for colour change options; we're all on tenterhooks.

Paid £75 from Mulberry for the exact same problem around 4 years ago. They didn't have the exact same colour zip but let me pick the nearest avaialble colour which looked the same to me anyway.
Its happened on two of my bags from them now so won't ever buy one again.

Quality has slipped. They used to last a lifetime, now like most things built for to last a bit and die, expecting the consumer to buy again. mulberry are taking after primark basically….

Love this leather holdall from reiss but kinda wish it was in a dark brown, always think black holdall bags aren't as nice

Need a new briefcase as my mismo is beginning to die on me. Looking at this one: https://bellroy.com/products/laptop-brief-de/leather/black?ranMID=43345&ranEAID;=3619530&ranSiteID;=X6DdBhJvi3g-Nz92VhdOCpVVcMBZhHMSlQ#2

does anyone have any experience with it?

also any recommendations for something different? Use it for the office and going back and forth by bike so needs a strap.

Filson is great but I have just got a Porter 3 way briefcase as I needed something nearer to a backpack. The quality is amazing but I didn't pay retail so may be hard to get for a good price.

Try and shop around for a Filson as they are marked up a lot due to import.
