best/cheapest place to get nba tickets? want to take the gf when she visits - looks like nets vs pacers is the best game the week she's here.

decent seats seem to be at least $200 a pop on stub hub, is that standard?

Gonna be weird seeing Pierce and to a lesser extent Garnett turning out for the Nets. Lot of rumour and conjecture that Pierce especially isn't settling in too well.

Gonna try and follow as much NBA as i can this season. I actually had the pleasure of attending the 76'ers vs thunder in Manchester a few weeks ago as part of their pre season tour. Real good to actually see it physically, even though it was a friendly. Durant stole the show as expected, almost like an exhibition for him at times.

I completely missed last season didn't even catch the hightlights, which is annoying as I would've liked to see how the new look Heat performed especially during the playoffs.

Also will be doing the same as you Malik - I've got some guys looking to watch the regular season game that comes to the UK.

Celtics fan here. Not much hope for this season, but I guess that's the point. You have to wonder whether trading Rondo might become an option depending on how things go.

^Like Alpha Bet the best of those. Suggestions - Bettor Days (or Daze), Eye rollers, Odds & Ends.

Good first night's action. Lakers surprising everyone pulling that one out of the bag. Paul George picking up where he left off - 33/1 for MVP seems way too long for him.

Rondo's a great assisting PG, but he doesn't score enough points, though he isn't scoring any at the moment until he's fit. Weak shooting guards mean a trade for a decent SG and replacement PG would be a good move.

What were Bulls doing last nite? Made like no plays at all. Heat nothing less than smashed them.

Boozer was on one but the rest of the Bulls were all over the place. Don't worry they'll be up there with Miami and Indiana at the end of the season.

Well D Rose better pick up his game. They gonna need some star player to turn it around looking like that.

Hopefully Nets can do something on Thursday.

Anyone following this season then?

61 points for LeBron last night. Since all the talk about KD being MVP started he's gone up to the next level.

Love the prospect of seeing them face to face in the finals.

KD has to get MVP now, Lebron's gotta leave to the Cavs after this season, he'll be a real legend if he gets a ring on a team without D Wade, Bosh and Ray Allen

Sayword posted the vid of Donald Sterling on FUK somewhere.

Thank fuck Sterling's been banned for life for his comments…

Donald Sterling banned for life

'Clippers owners Donald Sterling has been banned for life from associating with the Clippers and the NBA, and fined the maximum of $2.5 million. In addition, commissioner Adam Silver said he has asked the Board of Governors to force a sale of the Clippers.'

Edit - didn't see the vid a couple of posts above too (and edited for Oasis' benefit Smiling )
