Best: Did my first bit of exercise in 5 months today. Went Swimming, looked like a tit walking round the pool with my crutches mind

Worst: Shattered now

Bestest: Hatton tomorrow!!!

p.s. I've not been able to drive for the last 5 months and it's made soo much difference to my lifestyle.
