Best: Have been playing badminton 5 hours a week for a few months now, realy enjoying it and getting good at it. Chairman of the club said I should be ready to join the team next season.

Worst: I've increased my chocolate intake to around 5 bars a day, and always get the munchies on the way back from badminton. So I'm still as fat as I was a few months ago when I was doing zero excercise.
Worst: Still got a load of debt
Worst: Packed lunches suck

Best(s) - Had a good night out with my cousins last night, my mate knocked out a fat lesbian bird after she punched his sister Laughing out loud , pound a drink so I cann afford to be out on it again tonight and 2 of my pals back from travelling for 6 months. It could get very messy.

Worst - My banter with this lass was dire last night.

Worst , a shcoking discovery in sainsburys this morning , I had to email Bounty

Dear Bounty People

Are you mad or just great visionaries or something , nobody wants to buy kitchen towel called Plenty - its such a silly name . Please reconsider and bring back our Bounty . You see I love Bounty its one of lifes small pleasures and so useful

I hope that Audrey and Brenda are still going to be in the adverts

I dreamt about kittens last night , it was nice

love Peter x
