what music you play mate?
Ive just been booked for a ladies day afterparty in liverpool -
best: $$$
worst: NINE hour set. Im just gonna record the first 3 hours then play it again twice. Will this fly?
I play dirty electro house and tech. anything from say fake blood / jack beats etc to stuff by paul woolford and other tech people. Im into all tech and electro / proper underground though i cant stand the commercial shit. I just released my first track the other day only took us 8 hours but its not bad, very experimental.

the bar is called 'L.o.L' (no joke) aparrently they spent 800k on it - they lighting system is unreal just needs to be programmed properly.

Thought it would be club Lol, think it sounds good but i guarantee it struggles to make a year, location is all wrong and will end up being the next Green Room. Saying this i am going tomorrow night Sidney you playing ?

what's the story behind that then? I would love to have one of those in about four months time.
Just asked and it was granted. Most employers have a career break scheme. Usually under special circumstances, to further career, care for a family member etc. However if it doesn't affect the business greatly I'd imagine most would grant it. Off from dec 4th until march 31st so far, gives me time to save

Yeh it is that bar - im not sure time will tell. Im djing mbargo saturday with my mate, pop in (ill be the younger looking of the two lol - name is max)

I hate Liverpool, it's like an inbred village. Everyone thinks your business is theirs and it seems like I know everyone through proxy. You can't do anything without half the city discussing it with people who don't know you but 'know of' you. It's so claustrophobic and this year I've really found out who my true friends are.
