best - nicked a couple of random dirty but rough round the edges birds last night and bought them back here with two of my good pals.
worst - cant find my front door key in the house anywhere, and i must of used it to get in…..proper playing on my mind and wont go away.

last night, one left at about 4am, my pals left at about 5am and the other bird got up at left about 7am when i was just falling a kip.

Best: Just finished 13 hours of work with only 1 break and now guna go clubbing in a shitty local club with 3Gs of Drone.

Worst: When I say shitty I mean more chavvy and scummy than Oceania.

Best - Just got in lagged up and found left over honey roast gammon. Tastes fucking joy.

Worst - Mate mugged me off on the taxi home giving me a load of smash and telling me it was a tenner when it was clearly alot less. Hence me getting in and having to dig through pesos and USD to get the fare

best - found my key in my change pot when i put my hand in to grab a load to pop to the paper shop this morning…..phew, felt great….no new front door required and my faith in dirty skanks restored…i was having loads of bad thoughts about bringing strangers back ever again etc etc etc. now i can carry on as normal every friday night.

worst - got my bird coming over today and have to look her strait in the eye (no paolo, not the japs eye)

mr noble is getting muddle-headed

best: helped my grandmom to fix her washing machine, nothing great but i am proud of myself, a sense of unexplainable joy

worse: tests and exams coming up over the next couple of weeks, havent been really studying. got to start..

I hope people would realise that mental disorders are a serious matter. Anorexia nervosa is a very serious illness and has one of the worst prognosis among other mental disorders.

thanks! job done! never done an ironman, a triathlon or ran a half mara/ mara before.!

Best : Big fucking knees up for my birthday this friday. Loads of people coming down for it, it's going to be epic. One central if any manc fuk's are down for it.
