Was all i got when i went tokyo last year with Virgin. On the plus side the virgin planes that fly to tokyo are the best ones and have the best in flight entertainment.

best- tokyo in the morning
worst-not much but i swear virgin have nearly halfed baggage allowence since i last went 6 months ago 23kg of luggage dosent seem like much to me

Was all i got when i went tokyo last year with Virgin. On the plus side the virgin planes that fly to tokyo are the best ones and have the best in flight entertainment.
Worst: Kicked in the cock and balls by a football.
Best: My girlfriend - I know it's hard to believe I have one - told me she would go nuts if she lost her phone with my number and has memorised it in her head. This really impressed me, moreover I made sure that it wasn't a way of her getting an extra special Xmas present and tested her. She passed.

best-found out an old battered copy of 1984 that i found in my house is a first edition!!! (cue the ORLY's)
worst-took it took get valued and the guy couldnt believe his eyes, also said he had seen them go for over 9 grand before in auction. however, as mine was in a "used" condition and was missing the jacket (i was just treating this as any other book
chucking it about, putting drinks on it, lugging it around in a bag ect) he didn't think it would get more a couple hundred he was definitely chatting shit to try and get it off my hands for cheap but nonetheless, FML.
consolation best- realised i didn't want to sell at all it as its quite a sentimental thang and i just want to get it repaired and serviced so its in better condition (dont suppose anybody knows anywhere good?). all the excitement of this discovery (and a few other first edition books that had just been lying around on my shelves) has inspired me to start a collection of rare books

Best- Considering going travelling again for a month
Worst- Handed in my notice after doing 3 months of night shifts and getting pretty much fuck all but criticism.
Worster- Bit of an empty gesture as the notice period will take me close to my finishing date anyway. Just been biting my tongue for a week now and e-mail I received tonight was enoughs enough.

Best: Cocktail party on Friday. Got a room full of mixers (30litres in total), lemons, limes and glasses at the moment.
I've also got a really nice looking ice bucket and cocktail shaker now.
Get to see people I haven't seen in ages.
Worst: Asking people to bring a botle each. Wish I could splash £200+ on spirits and Liqueors.
Think I might need more mixers and only have only bought 20 suitable glasses.
On the upside there are around 25 people coming which should lead to a nice selection of drinks and hopefully not 10+ bottles of Bacardi and 10+ bottles of Smirnoff.
I've also got a really nice looking ice bucket and cocktail shaker now.

worse: meant to go brimingham for a tournament sat, not sure if im gonna fuck myself playing (hurling, could easily lead to pain) or to just go for it.
