private insurers could do as they please. it was so commonplace for insurers to do that, which was one of the big factors for revamping the whole system. it is exactly as they said it is about being like the wild wild west. no insurers are allowed to do that now though with the affordable health care act/obama care.
i had to call upon my insurance for the first time in a few years this past fall when i broke my hand. insurance covered a whopping 20% of all the costs and then raised my monthly premium by $40 a month
i switched over to obama's care now. sounds like it is great if you have a number regular prescriptions. cheap as hell for the brand and generic drugs. i'm digging it personally san, as my monthly bill for coverage has gone down by $150 a month.

Drivers try a bit hard sometimes to get good ratings though, not ideal to have an overly chatty one when you're on the back end of a session and want nothing but silence.
