Best: California road trip is amazing!

Worst: Unbelivable how slow 8 hrs could be, at work, when sitting in front of a screen…

Probably having the worst week luck wise.

Yesterday:
- I lock my padlock key inside my gym locker, had to cut it open.
- Almost killed someone when I wasn't focusing as I was stupidly unloading weights from bar of squat rack, which flipped. Literally just missing a guys head.

Today:
- I'm relatively new in office, been here only two weeks - Realised the admin/receptionist at my office wasn't in today, so I sent an email to her asking where are you, hope you're good? - then jokingly put P.S I've got a bone to pick with you when you return (smiley face)

30 minutes later, I receive a card that is being passed round the office to sign a card because her dad has died. Seems everyone in the office email group was informed by email early this morning, which I'm not yet added to.

Did an email recall, to realise it essentially just places more emphasis on the original email FFS.

And it's only Tuesday Cry

Nah she's cool, my age, same sense of humour and a Gooner - plus I genuinely had a bone to pick with her. Was just concerned about the ill-timing, I think the recall thing will just make it weird.

Left my house keys at post Office Depot. Was almost resigned to the fact that i lost.

Considering taking annual leave so I can just bypass this week.

Pussy 'oles. 2 weeks isn't too forward.

Though i suppose if you're 38 you have to court accordingly bound by tradition, and make sure you to inform her father of any potential intentions no matter how small or large.

So wrong and clueless. Never sent a bird an email in my entire life cos i dont live in your modern world. If you only at email stage then 'strict' sexual innuendo after two weeks is so fucking wrong its actual a nickable offence.

Ive heard of people doing this, but never seen it, ive tried to sort of re-create a controlled environment in which this could happen by leaving a couple of plates on one side and taking both of the other side, and the bar was weighted on one side enough to make it flip by giving it a little push, but not enough that it would swing itself.
Interested to know how many plates were talking to send that shit flying across the gym? Oly bar yeah?

Happened to me with 4 plates on one side, usually pull the bar towards myself to change the olly bars centre of gravity so it doesn't flip. Thankfully was nowhere near anyone!

Saw a guy drop a 30 odd kg db on his face before - instant concussion Laughing out loud

Laughing out loud benching? That must have fucked his face up!

Yeahh can easily see it happening with 80k on one side and nothing on the other! Ive never been brave enough to unload the bar fully on one side though! Would actually love to see that from a safe distance, would be brilliant in a power cage too Laughing out loud

Some guy that she's never spoken to before become fixated with her after seeing her at work a few years ago, he's now convinced they're married and has done a shit load of weird things. Highlight being stealing flowers laid out for a murder victim, re-writing the card for her and putting them on the steps to her work.

He finally went to prison 6 months ago, but after getting out he set up websites devoted to her and found her Twitter account, tweeting at her 30-50 times a day for two weeks until he was finally arrested.

He's been given the same mediocre sentence as last time, which obviously had no effect on him so it's bound to start up again in a few months' time.

+razor, that will probably be fine and she'll probably appreciate coming back to something daft like that, rather than everyone pussyfooting round her.
