4 and done for me now. I was 21/22 having my first. I bent over to pick a blanket up today and my back went Laughing out loud 36 with a new born is guna be a lot different!

Worst: got covid last week for the first time.

Best: Was totally asymptomatic and I ran 35km+ during the week I was testing positive, mrs and kids went to the inlaws for a few days.
