Noticed they've not been open much recently, and last time I was in they had very limited new stock. Would be a shame though for them to disappear completely though. Any idea what might be 'rising from the ashes'?

Tbh I hadn't been in there years and when I did they seemed to stock more crap and less directional stuff to cater for everyone who'd just been to UO. Plus with the rise of decent online stores and getting ebay bargains, I didn't feel the need to visit. First visited there ~2000 for duffer. What were they stocking recently?

Wheres good for a curry. Was there a month back and couldn't find anywhere (we only looked for 5 mins around snow hill!)

Where can I take the Mrs for food on sat? Going to see fleetwood Mac at the genting arena so will probably be looking to eat about 5-5.30. Looking for something fairly casual, staying at the eaton hotel on hagley road so I'm not quite central so if there is something around there that would be ideal but don't mind making our way into the city.

The highfield looks fairly promising.

Plough is fairly decent, gets packed at the weekends so might be an idea to book.
