Lol I am certain of the store just not of it's inventory, to be fair it probably isn't worth the trek.

Laughing out loud your not wrong it is pissing down majorily, aside from that and severe lack of any decent shops it is a very good city.

Good clubs/bars for Friday and Saturday? And I can't imagine there's much difference…but if there is, which would be a better night go out on, the Fri or Sat? Cheers.

i'd say friday, but both are good just depends where you're going and what you're after.

back in bristol this weekend, the bank tonight and exchange tomorrow night.

I think anywhere that plays the general mainstreamy/chart shit will be okay with my lot, as long as the place isn't empty, so places that are big with students would be good. I've heard about Syndicate…recommended on a Friday? Or any other places you'd rec? Cheers, man.

Oh and we're only doing one of the nights, hence asking which is better in Bristol, 'cause we need to decide if we're going to Bournemouth first or second.

thekla is pretty damn close to the centre.. or what i would refer to as the centre being "the fountains".

The hotel what uses to be called Jury's is about a 30 sec walk from Thekla, might be a bit pricey for what you're after though

There is a yha hostel a stones throw away and round the corner is a premier inn (llandoger pub) and a mercure hotel. All should be cheap.
