'Peter, who with brother Jonray runs the Michelin-starred Casamia restaurant in Westbury-on-Trym, wowed the judges with dishes such as a Sunday roast "inspired by my nan"'

Laughing out loud Not been there yet, but will have to try it. For a cheap, decent lunch (but certainly not topper) wander round the corner from the Radisson to St Nicks Market (just off Corn St) loads of decent booths (Pieminister/Grillstock etc) it's in a little arcade and atmosphere is good.

Radssison is right in the centre, so you're well placed for anywhere really. If you're on foot, there's not a huge amount without going 15-20 mins really. Bells Bistro is good, but thats around 20 mins walk, The Olive Shed is really good for tapas and is 5 mins away, there's a new pizza/cider type place called The Stable. Meatandbread is really good, but not topper. Bordeaux Quay is not far at all and pretty decent, as is River Station. Right next door to you is a Carribean place called, Tiger Bay, which I think is a chain, but supposed to be good, then one a long is a burrito place which is really good, but not topper. Really San, it depends what you're doing and with who. But there's a fair few places I could suggest, a lot of the nicer places aren't really central.

Best pizza in Bristol hands down. Where do you live? Im on Arnos St, just off school road. We must be neighbours… Also, on that note, the food in The Office is well good.

Think they are the same people that do the Boca Bar? Pizzas there are OP too. Getting the keys to my first (non-rented) house on Friday, St Luke's Crescent opposite Victoria Park and just down from The Star and Dove. Haven't checked out the Office but looks decent - have you been to Assilah?

Nah it's not the same people. Acapella is just run by a couple. Assilah is great, really pervy middle aged women who always tries it on. My mate lives on St Lukes, on the park side. his house is the yellow one with the red and green circles. Sick!
