I ate at the sausage a few weeks ago and it was one of the best meals I've had. I can vouch for the pork belly, calves livers and lamb cutlets. Each were delicious! And yes it's very reasonable considering the quality and the area it's in.

Completely agree, far too many people chancing it down there.

On a side note, Rob Smith from Smith & Mighty is playing at The Office on Saturday night Laughing out loud God knows how thats likely to work, but should be good.

Once that building opposite the new ML (can't remember what it's called) gets renovated, it'll be game over. It's not far off now, but places like Katie&Kim, Gallimurfry, POCO etc are keeping it alive.

Mainly full of twats though (of the trustifarian kind).

there's a homeless shelter on jamaica street so i reckon they'll always be lurking around SC / on turbo island unless it closes or moves.

Also Christmas Steps is good, went there at the weekend. Small bar is really good.

The Office up by me is pretty good as well, put on some decent nights on a saturday and has a good atmosphere during the day if the suns out.

Not been to the Office yet, is the food any good? Slightly off topic but there is also a Byron Burger being fitted out on the Triangle at the mo.

I went in The Office for the first time the other week and thought it was decent. Small Bar is excellent. Must check out Beer Emporium.

Noticed the Byron hoarding yesterday - theres going to be a lot of competition for burgers up that way once its open.

Food in the office is excellent. Really good. Too many burger places in bristol now, especially around the triangle.
