Can we change the title to just 'bar thread'?

I took a minge to 'the mayor of scaredy cat town' last night, was quality. it's a secret bar in the breakfast club that the entrace is a fridge.

+1.

Looks cool, last week I went to the Danger of Death a secret underground cocktail bar on Brick Lane with a mate. It was pretty much full but due to the narrow layout and booths it slightly lacked atmosphere, the drinks were good and a good place to take a bird but I think you have to be a member.

It's the wench's birthday tonight, we're going out with a handful of mates. Might go here here Nightjar or Worship Street Whistle Stop. Have they been invaded by bellends yet?

^Let me know what nightjar is like mate. Been meaning to go there for a while (PS, I'm not a bellend so don't worry when I do eventually make it).

Also, (and this is a serious question), is there ANYWHERE decent to go out in Stoke? Or is about getting a cab to Manchester and going out there?

It was absolutely quality, the best cocktails I've ever had. They're still repelling bellends too, a group of guys got turned away just before they let us in. I'd highly recommend it, no standing room so it might be worth reserving a table if you're going on Friday/Saturday but once you're inside the service is great and the music good (low background stuff, nowhere to dance or mingle really). It's not a place to go to try and pull but if you're with a girl or a small group of mates it's perfect.

Get the Rupununi if you do go, it was my favourite. The drinks were all around £9 too.

The Whistle Stop near the Queen of Hoxton is shit by the way.

Went to the Woolpack in London Bridge last night to see some mates, was a nice little pub with plenty good looking girls behind the bar.

I loved Nightjar, one of my fav bars to take birds now. Didn't mind Whistle stop but the atmosphere wasn't up to much. Full of city boys too(i know i'm a city boy).

anyone know of anywhere/anything decent going on tomorrow night?
east or west.. not bothered.
seems like east basically closes down this whole week. Cry

to add to this thread: experimental cocktail club. much in vein of those talked about above. good to take a girl, drinks come in at 13/14 after service.
if anything they are not that experimental Laughing out loud bit cramped and service can be slow too i found.
the french sister bar/club is meant to be amazing.
