My gf lives in Wimbledon and I dont have anything planned for when I next go down (e.g no reason to go central) - is there anywhere decent bar wise in Wimbledon/kingston?

I'm in Kingston a lot for AFC Wimbledon games and i've not come across anything good round there. I don't know about the Wimbledon area though.

Oh… thanks anyway Laughing out loud

I only said Kingston as we have been there before from hers and had a nice enough pub lunch and stroll around.

Sorry I couldn't be much help. I don't think there's many good places at all in Kingston. We generally venture away from that area before and after the games for good places to go.

Wimbledon village has some alright places if you want a 'quiet drink' The whole of Kingston is a no go.

good selection of beer, good prices, packed, cosy, good music, all ages there, and everyone well dressed. Maybe they have a student night? Felt like I was in neukoeln, Berlin.
