Can any kind fuker recommend somewhere (like a café) in Central London where I can sit and work on my laptop for a few hours without looking like a tit / annoying the staff?

Got a meeting in Knightsbridge on Friday, but have 5+ hours to kill beforehand and got lots of work to do Sad

Ideally somewhere where they're used to people plugging laptops in. Doesn't have to be in Knightsbridge, just central generally (coming into Paddington from Heathrow).

Tall order I know, thanks in advance………………….

I would have thought a Starbucks is your best bet (I know, I know). If you get to Knightsbridge then head down Brompton Road there are 3 or 4 nearby the tube.

Not quite central - but still zone one…

Go to Rich Mix cinema. They have a massive seatig / cafe / lounge area where they welcome laptop users. Ive been in there all afternoon before working when my connection at home went down.

Its a nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
