Laughing out loud Yeah Platini is such a grumpy anti-English fuck (like many of his compatriots….sorry Flasket…I live in France and I think most french people fall into that category Eye-wink )
I fell out of love with football after the World Cup in SA. Still find the World Cup pretty boring/downright shit compared to the Premier League and especially the Champions League. A Liverpool/Borussia Dortmund 2 leg tie rekindled my interest (remember Sakho scoring a last minute goal?!). English football is on fire right now.

When you actually attend a WC you won’t say that.

I'm talking quality of the football, not atmosphere. I'm sure it's an amazing experience when you're there. Just don't really rate the football played most of the time. Too cagey. Not enough understanding between players.

Sakho scored but it was Lovren with the 91st minute winner.

So many good games last World Cup. Even had a great second half comeback match involving Vertonghen and Alderweireld. A former spurs player scoring the winner in the 94th minute as well.

Special mention for Spain V Ronaldo and Brazil v Belgium. Prob my three favourite games of the last world Cup and yes I got carried away with the England ones too.

Meh…just my opinion. I had to suffer the french winning their 2nd World Cup to top things off (I admit I kind of shared their joy as me 2 kids are half french but I wouldn't say I was overjoyed). I think 30 years of hurt has really stopped me dreaming Smiling

England overachieved was a good campaign, problem was fans didn’t think Croatia were all that of a side.

No pressure on the Spuds, so they should bring it home.

Spurs have overcome the semi-final hurdle. They have a very good chance if they have Trippier and Dier no where near the pitch. Kane will be back. Very hard game to predict.
