Whats that about 0.001p ?
Pretty sure it's worth more than that in vouchers. Every few months I get sent vouchers for £6 or £7 that you can deduct off anything apart from fags and lottery and that's based on clubcard points and I usually get about 30 points per shop. I was more happy about the £16 refund and the fact that they replied though, Mr Grumpy
About a month ago I had a voucher for £10 off a £50 purchase at Tesco online + free postage. I added all the stuff to my basket, got the £10 off but the free delivery wouldn't work. Sent them a pissed off email (I don't normally do this kind of thing, I was just pissed off wasting half an hour of my time to find out I did have to pay postage when I could have just gone to Tesco in my car) and just got a reply saying they've credited my card with a £16 refund and put 100 points on my clubcard
